Recipe #369 Chocolate Delight
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
Blend the flour and butter until the butter is in about pea-sized pieces. Add pecans and place it in a
2.75-quart container baking dish. Bake at 450°Ffor 15-20 minutes, until golden brown around the edges. Take out and cool completely before
proceeding.
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature 1 cup powdered sugar
16 oz. Tub whipped topping
Mix cream cheese & sugar together until creamy, then add 1 cup of whipped topping- beat well.
Layer on the cooled bottom crust.
4.2 oz. Oreo instant pudding mix
or use two chocolate pudding mixes
3.4. oz. chocolate instant pudding mix4 cups milk
Separately mix each pudding with 2 cups of milk each. Layer the chocolate pudding first, then the Oreo pudding, and top with whipped topping.
Garnish top with chopped pecans.
