Collegetown Court, 208 Dryden Road, was built in 1985. It is a modern five-story apartment building in central Collegetown, located one block from Cornell. This building is popular with all types of students, and has a mix of graduate and undergraduate students. There are many adjacent shops and restaurants. Other amenities include an intercom/buzzer system, a brand-new fitness room, located near the building's entrance, and on-site laundry, located on the second floor.

Each studio is equipped with modern furniture and appliances, including an A/C unit in each apartment. Walking into this top floor apartment, the kitchen is to your right. The carpeted living area comes fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, bookcase, desk, small table, and two chairs. This apartment has two west facing windows, creating a bright living area.

Our leases are for twelve months. All of our properties are designated as non-smoking. The rent includes heat and hot water, and trash removal fees. Each apartment is wired for cable and internet. Our full time maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day. Parking is available for an additional fee.
