A few months ago a woman who attended one of our health workshops sent us a really good question. Here’s the gist of what she asked:

Now that I know just how bad processed foods are, and I have an idea of what to eat and what not to eat, I’m feeling overwhelmed and lost. Where do I start making changes so my whole family can benefit without feeling so stressed out about it?

I have to say, I love this question. I’m so glad Casey was brave enough to ask us for some help.

I, myself, had these same feelings a few years ago, and every single one of my clients goes through these emotions.

So I not only have a lot of personal experience dealing with feelings of overwhelm when it comes to making dietary changes, but I’ve also coached hundreds of women to help them do it too.

That’s why I wanted to share 4 strategies to get past being overwhelmed so you can create a simple, healthy eating plan that’s going to work for you and your family.

Here’s something important to keep in mind.

Eating healthy is not an “all or nothing” deal. You can still make SMALL changes and get HUGE results.

The key is to create the right plan—one that you can actually stick with that becomes a healthy lifestyle change.

My personal approach to long-term success has been all about applying these four simple strategies.
