Matar paneer kofta curry is healthy recipe and it is very tasty without any oil, ghee or butter so please must try this recipe.
Recipe

For Gravy
250 gm pumpkin
1 carrot
3-4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic
1 moti Elaichi
3 green Elaichi
3 Cloves
1 Tejpatta
I stick Dalcheeni
Method
1 . Take a wok add cut tomatoes , pumpkin ,carrot,onion , ginger garlic elaichi, cloves , Moti Elaichi ,Tejpatta , Cinnamon Stick with 1/2 glass of water and cook for 7-8 min in the microwave
let it cool , churn it in mixer grinder and add salt , degi mirch and desi khand or sugar to taste.
For kofta take 1/2 cup boiled matar, 250 gm paneer add salt and red chilli powder and mix it well.
Prepare these koftas by stuffing Anjeer, kishmish and dry plums.
Bake them in preheat oven for 8-10 min at 180degree.
Now place the koftas in serving dish and pour hot gravy .
Garnish with green coriander , pomegranate seeds and grapes.
