Aretha Franklin - Respect BASS COVER (with tabs and Sheet)

Today we practice a bit of Soul Groove with this tune from the Lady of Soul, a cover of an Otis Redding song that became a 1967 hit (one of the many of this incredible singer), giving two Grammys to Mrs. Franklin for this masterpiece.

We can see an example here of how a pretty simple harmony (just three dominant bluesy chords all the song, except for bridge part) can work if the Groove is doing his job. A great interpretation from the R&B bassist and producer Tommy Cogbill, with a curios modulation in the instrumental bridge.
