I am a Partner in RPC's IP, Technology & Outsourcing Group. I practise all areas of IP law including patents, designs, copyright, trade marks and trade secrets. I have a particular interest in the arbitration of IP Disputes and have been appointed an ICC Arbitrator on an IT dispute. I am on the WIPO panel of Arbitrators. I am also on the WIPO panel of experts for domain name disputes and have been on the Nominet panel of experts. I have been involved in many of the leading IP disputes in the UK and overseas.
