Bob Dylan - 4th Time Around (Take 5) [RARE 1966]

This is a true gem. It's take five of one of my favorite Dylan love songs "4th Time Around." I've never heard anything quite like that angelic, hypnotic classical guitar playing at the beginning. Some say this was a jab at The Beatles (it sounds a lot like "Norwegian Wood") after they copied his sound in 1965.

I stitched three or four snippets of studio banter together just for kicks; it's fun to get a feeling of what it was like in the studio where Blonde On Blonde was created. The beautiful beginning guitar riff was missing from the take, so I found it on another take and stitched that in as well (hopefully it isn't too obvious).

You won't be able to find this anywhere else on the internet. This version was only released in 5,000 copies worldwide, and it's getting increasingly scarce and expensive to obtain.
