Kum. Neerajha Balakrishnan is the daughter of Smt. Vanee Gayathri Bala and Sri. Balakrishnan is 12 years old studying 7th standard at Vani Vidyalaya School, Chennai. She has been learning this divine art form from Acharya Shiromani Guru Vanee Gayathri Bala who is none other than her loving mother. She not only excels in this divine art form but also the best in her curriculum. She completed her Salangai Pooja in the year 2016. She had her arangetram on 28th October 2018 and it was her 100th stage performance.

She has participated in all the programs conducted by Vanee Kalalaya Heaven of Fine Arts, Margazhi Mahotsav, Chitirai Tiruvizha, Natyanjali's in many temples, Sabha Programs, she has participated in various other competitions and came out with flying colours.

She has to her credit of achieving 6 Asia Book of records, 6 Indian Book of records, 7 Guinness World records, 2 Indiaan World Records and one in the categories of Elite world record, tamilan book of record, wonder book of record, universal dance record, world Vysya glitters award, Tifa book of record, Traditional Book of Record and Spark of Tradition.

Bridge academy conducts eighth grade exams in bharatanatyam and Neerajha Balakrishnan has attended 5 grade exams and was an outstanding student too. She has given performances overseas like Malaysia at Bathu caves and Mahamariamman temple and in Singapore at Srinivasa Perumal temple and she is recipient of 14 titles like Natya Mayuri, Natya Taragai and so on.
