Happy Sunday morning - Aloha from Hawaii - 3rd week of our lockdown - sunday morning garden classes! Im continuing to teach classes that help to boost our immune system, strengthen our nervous system, keep up uplifted, happy and healthy.
This kriya relaxes the heart, stimulates the nerves that go from the fingertips, throught the hands and arms to into the chest, meeting at the heart center. This relaxes the heart muscle, expands the lungs and cleans the entire upper torso through direct stimulation of the lymph system!
In this class im also teaching the Bhramari breath - and a little of the medical science about why this breath is so effective for cleansing the nasal passages - so no viruses can get in to your lungs!!!
Had to cut the class a little short as down came the rain!
