AMS sector update on Procurement Act 2023 [2024]

With The Procurement Regulations 2024 now published, the long awaited Procurement Act is due to come into force in October 2024. Join VWV procurement experts, Stephanie Rickard and Matthew Wolton, to understand the key changes and what you can do to get ready for the Act.

In the first half of this session we will provide an overview of the Act, update you on recent developments and guidance and the specific provisions that apply to academy trusts. In the second half of the session, we will focus on what you can do to get ready for the implementation of the Act.
