Later on we we're informed that One D&D was not just a new edition, but a continuation of Dungeons and Dragons fifth edition. This updated edition has raised eyebrows and caused confusion among this Updated 5e. Some call it D&D 6th Edition, 5.5, but WOTC has stated that ONE DND is officially called "DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS 2024 5TH EDITION", again stating its a updated version of the 2014 PLAYERS HANDBOOK and core rules.
