A medley of two songs: one you'll recognise, and one UK viewers probably won't. The obvious one is Physical by Olivia Newton John, but the lion's share of the video is taken up by I Can Do Anything Better Than You Can by The Kids from Fame. This fantastic routine is peppered with extremely impressive demonstrations of flexibility and dexterity - and things you really shouldn't try at home. Such as jumping into the splits, for instance.

Plus, as a bonus, you get to see Rod fire himself through a wall at the end. Not for the faint of heart, but if you do decide to try any of these things yourself, make sure you upload the results to YouTube. I could do with a laugh.

I believe this to be from Emu's World series four's finale, broadcast on 5th October 1983, but could be wrong. Many thanks to Louise for lending me this tape.
