Leg Mount Ride MMA Breakdown & Analysis

Leg Mount Ride - Sometimes called the low low mount, or thigh mount. A position of control used by Demian Maia, Jake Shields, Shinya Aoki, Khabib Nnurmagomedov & Tatsuya Kawajiri. Lately, Khabib has been using it the most when he triangles his legs up against the cage in a low mount to work his "Khabib smesh" ground and pound. This video shows different entries, setups, options for passing, striking and submission.
