Chicken : 500 gms (with bones)
Banana flower : 1 medium size
Potato : 2 medium size
Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
Bay leaf : 1 no.
Dry chilli : 3 nos.
Onion : 1 large
Ginger/garlic paste : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Cumin power : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Red chilli powder : 1 tsp
Chicken masala : 1 tsp
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Salt : As required
Water : 30 ml
