Col de l'Iseran (Abfahrt)

Descent from the pass over Col de l'Iseran towards Bourg-Saint-Maurice. On the way I pass the connecting road to the Petit Saint Bernard pass. The first part until Val-d'Isere is really awesome. It has everything one could want from a mountain road: Many corners and outstanding views. The second part then gets a bit dull. The views are still very good but there are a lot of tunnels and galeries as well as through-roads. All in all it is still worth it to go there.

Abfahrt vom Pass über den Col de l'Iseran in Richtung Bourg-Saint-Maurice, wo man an einer Verbindungsstraße zum kleinen Sankt Bernhard Pass vorbei kommt. Der erste Teil der Straße bis Val-d'Isère bietet alles, was man sich von einer Bergstraße wünschen kann: Viele Kurven und außergewöhnliche Aussichten. Der zweite Teil wird dann etwas langweilig, die Aussicht ist immernoch sehr gut, aber es hat viele Ortsdurchfahrten und Tunnels bzw. Galerien. Alles in allem ist es aber trotzdem eine schöne Straße, die man mal gefahren sein sollte.
