Recipe Ingredients and Process :
Chicken Marination Process:
Yogurt : 1/2 cup
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Lemon juice : 2 lemon / 2 tbsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper : 1 tsp
Crushed red chili: 1 tsp
Chicken leg pieces : 2
Now mix it well.
Now rest it for 1 hour.
Frying:
Oil : 1/3 cup
Flame : high
Fry each side for 2 minutes
Cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes!
Flame : high
Foil paper
Hot coal
Pour 1 drop of oil on it
Now cover it and smoke it just for 2 minutes!
