Does Athletic Greens actually make you a better athlete? We researched all 48 ingredients in Athletic Greens’ proprietary blends and what we found was surprising.

Supplements often use something called Proprietary Blends to allow them to not disclose the amounts of specific ingredients in their products, and in the case of Athletic Greens, there are four of these.

After coming through current research on all 48 ingredients within these blends, most of these ingredients were found to not be performance enhancing, and for the relative few ingredients that could be performance enhancing, it’s hard to say if Athletic Greens even has enough of these ingredients to actually improve performance.

That said, it’s hard to argue that Athletic Greens would not support good general health, but the extremely high cost simply has to be considered.
