UK Foraging is a thing! I hope you get inspired to go out to the woods and look for mushrooms yourself! Be sure to learn the good AND the bad mushrooms and NEVER eat any mushroom you're not 100% sure what it is.

I am in the Surrey Hills and I stumble accross a big patch of lovely hedgehog mushrooms (Hyndum Repandum). Apologies for the very raw footage but I dug this up from the archives and just thought it worth sharing (worts and all).

I'm on a quest to hunt truffles in the UK.
