The CM Punjab Laptop Scheme 2026 has officially been launched, opening the door for thousands of talented students across Punjab to benefit from this flagship educational initiative. The program aims to promote digital learning, academic excellence, and technological empowerment among deserving students.

Under this scheme, eligible students enrolled in public universities, colleges, medical institutions, nursing colleges, and selected private sector universities will be provided with modern laptops to support their studies and research activities.

Eligibility Criteria
Students who wish to apply for the CM Punjab Laptop Program 2026 must carefully review and meet the following eligibility requirements. Only eligible candidates will be considered for laptop distribution.

Domicile Requirement
Applicants must hold a valid domicile from any district of Punjab Province.

Academic Enrollment Requirements
Applicants must currently be enrolled in one of the following approved programs:

1. BS Degree Programs

Enrolled in 1st or 2nd semester of a BS program
Studying in a Public Sector University or College,
OR
Enrolled in selected Private Sector Universities officially approved under the CM Laptop Scheme
2. Medical & Dental Education

Enrolled in a Public Sector Medical or Dental College / University
Must be in 1st Professional Year
Admission must be from Academic Session 2025 onward
3. Nursing Programs

Enrolled in BS Nursing (Public Sector Nursing Colleges / Universities)
Must be in 1st Professional Year
Academic Session 2025 onward
Institution must be included in the approved list of nursing colleges
4. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

Enrolled in Public Sector Universities or Colleges offering DVM programs
Minimum Marks Requirement (Intermediate / Equivalent)
Applicants must have secured the following minimum marks in Intermediate (or equivalent qualification):

Public Sector Universities / Colleges (BS Programs):
Minimum 65% marks
Public Sector Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities:
Minimum 80% marks
DVM (Public Sector Institutions):
Minimum 75% marks
Public Sector Nursing Colleges / Universities:
Minimum 65% marks
Disqualification Criteria
Students who have already received a laptop under any previous government laptop scheme are not eligible
Incomplete academic records or false information may lead to disqualification at any stage
