Today we are tasting the 32nd bottling from Malternative Belgium. A Laurichesse, almost 50 years old.

Today's bottling is a Coganc from Grand Champagne, which was bottled for the independent bottler Malternative Belgium at cask strength and without the use of additives.

The title of the bottling is: "Les jeux de fruits" which means “the fruit games”. Probably a reference to the previous Olympics in London.
The label shows a lion standing in an arena full of different fruits. A nod to taste?
