Andrew Deighton is a facilitator, business coach, mentor, consultant, advisor, and public speaker. He has varied experience, most notably, a career of 26 years at Rolls-Royce plc beginning as an engineer and then moving into HR and training roles. Currently, he runs AWD Development Solutions - his own personal business through which he provides several business support focused services.
Andrew’s focus lies in helping SME’s develop excellent teams, employees, strategies, and processes which will ensure success and growth. Utilizing the Exceptional Team Blueprint approach (which he developed), he has been able to help teams create greater focus, improve relationships, manage their work more effectively and develop more engaged team members and leaders. He also provides business evaluation services, workshop/event design and facilitation, leadership development programs, away day, conference, meeting and seminar design and facilitation.
