EU Autopilot is rubbish compared to America. But have they got it working now?

I use Autopilot a lot on the motorway. Its brilliant in traffic! But compared to the American system it is primitive and basic.

I've tested this before - and it wasn't good. But Tesla have pushed out a load of over the air updates. Is it any better now? Only one way to find out!
