Delicious scrambled eggs Gordon Ramsay style | The Crazy Chef

I agree with Gordon Ramsay's method of cooking scrambled eggs, by now whisking them first. Why not try this next time you do scrambled eggs. The idea is not to whisk up the eggs first because it destroys the membranes, it is better to just fold the eggs in. Treat it like doing a risotto, fold in, fold in and on the heat and off the heat, as the saucepan holds residual heat. Cool it down at the end by adding some creame fraische and then season with ground black pepper and sea salt. **My comment, I would not use any oil just butter**.
