The Australian’s Media Writer Sophie Elsworth says 3AW have a “problem on their hands” now as the media regulator probes appointed 3AW broadcaster Jacqui Felgate’s undeclared commercial deals.

Ms Felgate had a string of deals that were not declared on 3AW’s website, which was a breach of the commercial radio guidelines.

The Australian Communications and Media Authority are now investigating the issue.

“This is quite embarrassing for 3AW,” Ms Elsworth told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“I think listeners won’t warm to this if they think she’s getting lucrative deals.”
