This video will show you a treatment of an armbar injury that often occurs in jiu-jitsu. When you injure your arm or elbow in jiu-jitsu, it is likely a result of hyperextension of the elbow resulting in damaging the forearm flexors and ulnar collateral ligament (UCL).
