In this video, I go over the starting situation of the Pahlava (Parthia) faction in Europa Barbarorum 2. We talk about the units, the capital (which is a nomad camp), and about how to successfully convert camps. Additionally, I go over the Parthian reforms that take it from a "steppe nomad" power to an Eastern Imperial power. In Europa Barbarorum 2, Parthia has a second tier in its reforms - the Indo-Parthian Kingdom reforms, which allow it to build a better government building in Indian provinces that improve law and order and allow Parthia to recruit strong Indian units.
