Over The Rainbow brass quintet

Описание к видео Over The Rainbow brass quintet

Judy Garland sang this (it would become her signature tune) in 1939's "The Wizard Of Oz." It would win that year's Oscar for best original song. Since then, it has been sung by just about everyone on the planet. One notably different version, from which I've borrowed shamelessly for this arrangement, is the one from the late Hawaiian singer Israel Kamakawiwo'ole.
This one is scored for two trumpets, horn, baritone TC and tuba. If you'd prefer a trombone part sted baritone, it's part of the basic package.
Score and parts are available for a modest price at halleonard.com. Search on my name (Will Corbin) for the entire collection.
