Rigid Tube Filling Line Romaco Siebler - STF 120

The rigid tube filling lines from Romaco Siebler enable a smooth handling of fragile effervescent tablets including the production steps tableting, primary and secondary packaging. After compression, the tablets are transferred to the STF 120 rigid tube filling machine and fed into the tubes according to the rotation principle. This process allows a safe and efficient handling of even very small, thin and soft tablets with a hardness down to 40 N. The transport of the tubes to the filling and capping stations is carried out in clusters which increases the line performance to a maximum output of up to 120 tubes per minute. Downstream, various automatic pick and place transfer systems ensure a controlled transport of the filled tubes to the cartoner.
