Hi Ladies,

So I've been asked to give an update and believe me I've been wanting to just not getting the motivation to edit videos at the moment lol, forgive me.
however, I've decided to just get my phone out and record instead of trying to set up and record which takes mental and physical toughness at this stage.

So I've just made a short update but I will be keeping you posted on how things are going and if there are any new tips that I pick up along the way.

With just 4 weeks to go am gearing myself up mentally for labor day.
