New Balance Supercomp Trainer

5k 3.11 in 27:35 for a 8:52 pace. My knee wasn't feeling to great tonight but I was able to push through with the help of the New Balance Supercomp Trainer. The shoe has phenomenal cushioning and a carbon fiber plate running full length. This shoe is great for anyone looking to do medium to long runs and medium to high pace runs. The shoe is one of my all time favorites and is something I enjoy for recovery runs as well.
