Bob Depasquale is the founder of Initiate Impact, a financial management firm.

He is an impact maker, purpose-driven founder, passionate speaker, curious author, and long-winded podcaster.

Bob decided to start Initiate Impact because he felt that not every potential customer was of value to financial services companies. Because of that, people could not find the information they needed. After 11 years of working in the space, he was distraught. It was only getting worse as time drew on. He needed to address the problem.

People have asked me, "When did you come up with the idea of Initiate Impact?". While I can't pinpoint an exact date, I know the reason has been brewing for a decade. Eventually, I knew it was time to take action. Now, I am intently focused on acknowledging everyone's desire for information, helping people get what they need, and partnering with purpose-driven families to make a positive impact in the world.

Bob studied Broadcast Journalism in graduate school at the University of Miami. Upon graduation, he worked in the radio industry and enjoyed the broadcasting side of the business. Eventually, Bob was led to move to the insurance and investments world working for a large company for 11 years.

Bob says he owes all of his experience and expertise to that 11 years of employment. “They taught me much of the information that people need but limited my ability to share it. It was incredibly inspiring and motivational.” I am determined to make impact an enjoyable and attainable goal for people of all life situations. My impact is fostering impact.

Bob lives with his wife Trisha (whom he had met on a mission trip) in Weston, FL. They love exercising, traveling on missions, exploring the world, and developing positive relationships with the youth from their church family.
