CocoRosie - Hairnet Paradise (HD remaster)

I shot this back in August 2005 for C4's music website. It was the first time I'd ever filmed a band, and only about a week after I'd first used a camera. I didn't really have a clue what I was doing. Sorry.

The song turned out to be a special one, and Bianca and Sierra have yet to release it officially. Unfortunately the master edit was lost in a hard drive crash and the only version that existed here for a long time was really lo-res and crappy. In 2011 I found and uploaded a slightly better version but for the first time I've been able to go back to the master DV tape and give the whole thing a thorough remastering. I've chosen not to recreate by original cuts as I found them even more embarrassing than my jerky camera work (they were fake cutaways I made by repeating sections of the film and zooming in. If you miss them you can still see that version on here.)

So here it is, as it originally looked back in the day at the Columbia Hotel, London (we filmed it in the TV lounge, with people still wandering in and out.)
