On 14th September 1997 the RTM ran its Tour to Stratford with locos 4520 and 4490 in the lead.

This video follows the Tour from Pennant Hills to the Stratford Coal Loader loop where the train was turned for its return run. We then follow the train on its return run back as far as Carriage Way at Dungog.

Videos in the From the Vault series were originally shot in 4 x 3 Standard Definition and have been upscaled to High Definition and reformatted to widescreen. They generally cover movements that can now no longer take place.
