Welcome to the 2nd Annual Battle of Los Angeles Fishing Tournament, held at Legg Lake in Whittier Narrows Rec Area. Nearly 100 anglers from seasoned pros to first-timers, kids, and families showed up to compete, connect, and celebrate fishing in the heart of LA.

This event is the vision of Eldridge Hardley, founder of ELD Fishing and a leader in getting kids and parents out on the water. His mission is to build community through fishing, give inner city youth a positive outlet, and pass the rod down to the next generation.

The catches: bluegill, bass, catfish, crappie, and plenty of smiles
The goal: one big fish in each category, and maybe even a hundred-dollar win

Featuring:
– Catch and release bass weigh-ins
– Real Hope nonprofit youth anglers
– Family crews, hometown pride, and even a cameo from Catman
– Giveaways, gear tips, and certified slayers doing what they do best
