In this video i am explaining you in very short and simple way.how to proper check temperature At your Home Level,first you have to clean Your thermometer with clean wipes,after put thermometer on your mouth below ingunial Area of mouth,or you can put on your Axilla ,keep your Arm closely with air tight otherwise temperature may vary and values will Alter.after use of thermometer clean it from stam to tip area..

Always we add +1 degree F value in Axillary temperature becz of area air circulation..also our core body temperature is lesser 1 degree from our outer body
