Pokemon HG/SS Hardcore Nuzlocke - Ice types only (No items, No overleveling)

In this challenge, I attempt to beat a Pokemon Soul silver hardcore nuzlocke using only Ice type pokemon.
Hardcore Nuzlocke rules:
1: Fainting is death.
2: No items in battle.
3: Play on set mode.
4: Can not level higher than the next boss' ace.
5: Only Ice type pokemon
6: As half the ice types I can catch are in a single cave usual nuzlock catch rules do not apply.
