Game day cheese dip for the Bills vs. Steelers game.

4tbsp butter + 4tbsp of flour. Make a roux (melt the butter then add flour and combine) then add in a 24oz can of Labatt Blue. Get it to a simmer.

Add salt, pepper, cayenne, ground mustard seeds (mustard powder), Josh and Stefon’s seasoning blends.

Stir and combine and let the alcohol cook off for a good 5-7 minutes.

Add 3/4 cup heavy cream and a healthy amount of Worcestershire sauce and let simmer another 5-7 minutes stirring constantly so it doesn’t burn.

Add in 16oz of fresh grated aged cheddar and combine.

Once it’s all melted add in a cold 8oz brick of some more aged cheddar. When that is completely melted it’s done.
