Healthy Cashew Cheese Recipe 🥜

Ingredients:

Unsalted Cashews 1/2 cup
2 large carrots (cut to fit blender)
Salt ( pink Himalayan) to taste
Black pepper corns (1/4 teaspoon) or to taste
Nutritional yeast 3 tablespoons
Smoked paprika 1 teaspoon or to taste
Salt free “Mexican” seasoning
1 sprig of garlic
1/2 cup of filtered water or plant based milk
( extra creamy oat milk)

Optional ingredients:

1-2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice OR 1-2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar


Process:

Combine all solid ingredients in blender and slowly add in liquid ingredients until smooth “cheese like” consistency.
