3. Sustain? Gallagher BIS ofc since he helps with toughness enemies bar and "The Besotted" state increases the Break DMG that targets receive but if you don´t built him Huohuo is a great option too (ATK/ER buffs) or Lynx if you are really unlucky in FF banner or you prefer another unit in the free selector in 2.3 (new players)
