2024 Ford F-150 Raptor Has a Fresh Look and Cool New Shocks
- Ford is revamping the F-150 Raptor for 2024 with new headlights and a few new features.
- The V-6-powered Raptor and supercharged V-8-powered Raptor R variants are still available.
- Pricing will be released closer to the 2024 model's on-sale date early next year.

For the next model year, the 2024 Ford F-150 receives some improvements, including a new appearance and more features. The off-road Raptor model also receives improvements. It sports new shocks, a modular front bumper, a new exterior color, and updated graphics in addition to having a changed headlight design. Ford has suggested that the Raptor R's supercharged 5.2-liter V-8 may gain a little bit of power over the 700 horsepower of the previous model, but the firm hasn't yet disclosed exact specifications.

The new shocks are designed to have better rebound control than the single-valve Fox shocks they replace, which Ford claims will aid with high-speed desert running and on-road ride quality. While the modular bumper provides stronger tow hooks and better mounting locations for lighting accessories.

All Raptor versions equipped with 37-inch tires have access to the good new features. The 2024 Raptor, when thus equipped, comes standard with dual-valve shocks and has a modular bumper available as an option, while the base V-6 Raptor with 35-inch tires (the 37-inch tires are standard on the R and are available as part of an optional Performance package on the V-6) does not have these features.

New hood images are also available, and the color pallet has been expanded to include Shelter Green. The Raptor already comes standard with the larger screens that are now coming standard on the lower-trim pickups, so Ford hasn't specified any interior improvements for it.

Ford has not yet announced pricing for the 2024 F-150 Raptor, but we anticipate it will be slightly higher than the current model's starting costs of $78,720 for the basic Raptor and $109,295 for the Raptor R.
