Important points to observe while filing URC -1 for conversion

 Attach written consent or No Objection Certificate from all the secured creditors of the applicant as per Section 374(a) of the Act and Rule 3(2)(a)(iv) of Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules.
 Signature must not be copied or pasted.
 Attach deed of partnership, bye-laws or other instrument constituting or regulating the firm, including copies of the principal and all subsequent deeds, as per Rule 3(2)(a)(iii) of Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules.
 Attach a detailed statement of accounts, not later than 15 days preceding the date of seeking registration and certified by the Auditor together with the Audited Financial Statements of the previous year as per Rule 5(ii) of Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules.
