How to fix Changhong TV Won't Turn On But Standby Red Light On || Changhong TV Not Working

My TV was failing about 11 months after I got it. The power light would be on, but when trying to turn on the tv the light would go out (normal) but would not come back on or turn on. The only thing to do was unplug it, plug it back in, and try again. It usually took 3 or 4 tries to work. Then it got so bad you had to unplug/plugin about 10 times to even get the front light to come on
