Facebook: Join local community groups and local events
Meetup: Join social groups to make friends and explore new hobbies.
Bumble for friends

Best Apps for Finding Jobs:

Seek - The go-to app for all types of jobs. This is where I found my first casual role.
Gumtree Jobs - Perfect for quick gigs and part-time roles, especially if you need something fast.
Indeed - A classic, but still great for job hunting. It’s easy to filter for part-time positions.
Student VIP - A hidden gem for student-friendly jobs and campus gigs.

Accommodation Apps:

Flatmates.com.au - Great for finding shared housing and roommates.
UniLodge - Perfect if you want to be close to uni and live with other students.
Gumtree - You can find some budget-friendly options here, but be careful of scams!
Facebook - Nepali community groups(statewise) will have available rooms posted on the feed.
