Slippery Path to BE A Skywalker | FRIM Forest Skywalk | 2 Wheel Explorer [Visit Malaysia]

In this video I visited the FRIM Forest Skywalk. Headed to Kepong town for breakfast. Was supposed to have breakfast at a popular coffee shop but Beeline did not manage to guide me to the location so had Rava thosai instead.

After breakfast we headed to the Botanical Gardens but only to be informed by the guards that we were at the wrong entrance. The entrance we ended up at was for camping. After riding about 10 minutes from the first entrance and into the housing area, we managed to find the entrance to the botanical gardens. Would have been more helpful with more signages to the entrance.

Entrance fee was RM 1/pax. Had to walk into the garden to the entrance to the Skywalk where there is another ticketing office. Tickets are to be purchased online and if we were interested to climb the additional 50m tower, it has to be purchased beforehand.

The skywalk is just scaffolding and steps are slippery as it rained the night before. Only allowed maximum of 5 pax on each landing and a 2 meter gap of the person in front of you. Nice scenery if the weather was clearer but I prefer the suspension bridge forest walk at Sg Sedim. On our way down, Jo slipped down the steps but luckily she was wearing her riding pants and had no major injury on her.

After walking the entire botanical garden, we headed for lunch before calling it a day.
