We will hear from the well-respected Sandra ME Wint PhD, a Consultant in Aquaculture, Science and Technology policy, environmental issues with a focus on biosafety, marine, policy, and climate change. She has an interest in SIDS issues, developing national framework, knowledge networks and capacity building. Dr Wint holds a BSc in Marine Science from the University of the West Indies Mona campus, a Master in Aquaculture ( MAq) Tropical Aquaculture from Auburn University, and a PhD in Science & technology Policy from the University of Sussex, England.
