Back To Basics: How to Make Alfajores! | Georgia's Cakes

For those who don't know, Alfajores are very popular in South America. The soft biscuits are sandwiches with rich dulce de leche and are just so delicious! There aren't many tutorials on how to make these so this was a popular request (especially from the South Americans!!)

150g corn flour
100g plain flour
2g baking soda
5g baking powder
100g softened butter
75g icing sugar
30g egg yolk
1/2 lemon zest
Dulce de Leche
