The Interview is a psychological short film that follows Sanjay, a mentally disturbed man who travels to a remote place believing he has been called for a job interview. As the night unfolds, the interview turns into a confrontation with his past, his fractured reality, and a voice that refuses to leave him alone.

Told through minimal dialogue, confined spaces, and psychological tension, the film explores themes of isolation, unemployment, mental instability, and denial. What begins as a simple interview slowly reveals something far more unsettling — where the questions are not meant to be answered, but endured.

The Interview is not designed to explain itself.
It is meant to be experienced.

🧠 Synopsis :

Sanjay, a mentally unstable and unemployed man, arrives at a remote location believing he has been summoned for a job interview. As the conversation progresses, the interview shifts from professional questions to deeply personal interrogations, blurring the line between reality and delusion. A persistent phone call from his father becomes a haunting presence, forcing Sanjay to confront his failures, guilt, and fractured identity. What unfolds is a psychological descent where the interview is no longer about employment — but about survival.
