It’s taken me a while to get to the point where most of my hypnosis work is with smokers.

When I first started out as a hypnotherapist, I was still Smoking myself so I couldn’t speak authentically as someone who had used hypnosis effectively to quit.

But once I quit smoking using hypnosis, I’ve found stop smoking sessions to be the easiest and most fun sessions to do. I think one of the reasons is that the part of me that used to smoke gets to come out and play…the rebellious, fun-loving,carefree part who is going to live forever whatever stupid risks I take to my health.

But of course now that part of me is finding satisfaction elsewhere, largely helping other people like me who have had their fill of self-sabotage and are ready to stop smoking.
