Aqua Zumba/Aqua Fitness Arm routine to “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons/JID. No equipment needed!

Format Pattern: ABCD ABCD X ABC

Remember to reverse routine so you start with the LEFT arm and leg!

CHOREO NOTES:
(0:07-0:19) A - Arms wide open/close, out & in
(0:19-0:31) B - Arms scoop down & up
(0:31-0:41) C - Side scoop single arm, switch sides
(0:42-0:56) D - single tempo for combining parts A & B, fist hands option
(0:56- 1:08) A
(1:09-1:21) B
(1:21- 1:34) C - Both arms scoop, switch sides
(1:34 - 1:46) D
(1:46 - 2:14) X - Rock and Roll water aerobics exercise See demonstration video below
- Double leg kick forward, while in suspended motion, double legs kick back + both arms stretch forward
- Last 8 counts in bridge sequence, tuck legs and scull arms (tuck and hold legs up, sculling is the arm motion to tread water and keep participants afloat)

(2:24-2:35) B
(2:35-2:47) C - hand option: slice/fingers together
