In today's video: I am sharing a room tour and restaurant review of the Carlota Sustainable Design Hotel. We did not stay at the hotel personally, but after this tour and the service from the staff, we would stay here if we needed a hotel in the area. The restaurant specializes in regional cuisine, and we found the dishes we ordered very good. What type of accommodations are you interested in staying in during your trip to Quito.
